Pueblo Viejo silver tequila
Velvet Falernum
pineapple
lime juice
cinnamon bitters
Muddle pineapple. Shake and fine-strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with three espresso beans.
Layers and layers of tasty goodness. If you've never used Velvet Falernum, you should. It's a liqueur (or cordial depending on the brand) with deep clove-almond-lime flavors... really shines in fruit-driven cocktails.
