The Old Cuban

Flor de Caña 7 year rum
lime juice
simple syrup
Angostura bitters

Gently muddle the mint. Combine and shake ingredients. Fine strain into a cocktail glass, then top with dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a mint leaf.

This classic cocktail starts like a dark mojito, but finishes with a bit more sophistication.
