Flor de Cana 4 year rum
St. Germain elderflower liqueur
La Guitana manzanilla sherry
lime juice
Angostura bitters
Shake. Fine-strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a flamed lemon chip.
Just because the flaming lemon looks cool doesn't mean it's just for show. This cocktail is tasty by itself, but it really comes alive with the flame.
