Hendrick's gin
St. George Spirits pear eau-de-vie
Dolin dry vermouth
Fee Brothers grapefruit bitters

Stir and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon ribbon.

This is what a "pear-tini" should be. Clean, dry and elegant. Actually, the only cocktail name that should end with "-tini" is the MAR-tini.
