209 gin
Saint Germain elderflower liqueur
Small Hand Foods gum syrup
lemon juice
pear
thyme

Muddle the thyme and pear. Add the other ingredients, shake, and fine strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.

A little-known Range classic.
