Pear of the Dog

Siete Leguas reposado tequila
Saint Germain elderflower liqueur
agave nectar
lime juice
saffron-cardamom bitters

Muddle pear and ginger. Combine ingredients, shake, and fine strain into a bucket. Garnish with a lemon ribbon.

There's a whole lot going on here, but the results are a well balanced spicy little concoction.
