Laird's Applejack
Yellow Chartreuse
Benedictine
Angostura bitters
Stir and serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
The original uses Green Chartreuse and calvados. It also calls for way more of both Benedictine and Chartreuse than we found palatable, so we changed it up.
