Sweet Leaf

Arette reposado tequila
Blandy's madiera
small strawberry
Reagan's orange bitters

Muddle the strawberry and cilantro, combine and shake ingredients. Fine-strain into a bucket, and garnish with a sprig of cilantro.

I was just curious about how people would react to cilantro in a cocktail, so I made this drink that was pretty tame, aside from said herb. Results? Not so popular... turns out that I should have taken that article about cilantro in the New York Times a little more seriously!
