Flor de Cana 4 year rum
apple cider
lemon juice
Bundaberg ginger beer

Shake up everything except the ginger beer, and strain into a collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of green apple.

This is a variation on "The Johnny Appleseed" cocktail we did last year. Averna made it better, and since it's Italian, we had to go with the Italian equivalent of "Johnny". Yeah... sometimes we get desperate for a name.
