tarragon syrup
St. Bernardus Wit (float)

Shake and fine-strain into a collins glass, then top with beer. Garnish with a lemon half-moon.

Beer can be a delicious addition to many fruit-based cocktails. The wit beer used in this one brings out the citrus and adds a touch of spice.
