French Buck

Tito's vodka
Lillet Blanc
Canton ginger liqueur

Muddle ginger. Combine ingredients, shake, fine strain and serve up. Garnish with a mint leaf.

The "buck" is a classic cocktail term that means ginger is being used in some way. The classic Gin Buck is the impish sister of the Dark and Stormy, and is comprised of gin, lemon, and ginger ale. We wanted something even softer and more elegant, so we mixed equal parts Lillet and vodka, a splash of Canton, a few mint leaves, a chunk of ginger (muddled) and 1/4 lemon. Light & easy with a hint-o-mint and a good ginger backbone.
