Dolin dry vermouth
simple syrup
lime
blood orange
Muddle the lime and blood orange chunks, combine ingredients, shake and dump contents into a bucket glass. No garnish.
A vivid red take on the Caipirinha. The crowd went wild!!

Veev acai berry liqueur

meyer lemon juice
simple syrup
angostura bitters
Muddle a chunk of blood orange, combine ingredients and shake. Fine-strain into a collins glass, top with soda, and garnish with a blood orange ribbon.
A little sweet, a little sour, all good.

La Guitana Amontillado sherry
Santa Teresa Orange Rhum liqueur
apple cider
lemon juice
Angostura bitters
Bundaberg ginger beer
Shake everything but the last ingredient and strain into a bucket. Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange half-moon.
Good stuff!!! Normally I try to use fewer ingredients than this, but it came out well balanced and surprisingly uncluttered on the palate.

Muddle cantaloupe, shake all ingredients, and fine strain. Serve on the rocks in a bucket. Garnish with an orange half-moon.
This is the sexy sister of the Brooke classic, Vin de Pamlemousse, which had grapefruit, vodka, white wine, vanilla, and lemon. We changed the name to "Summer Lovin'", and put it on the list.
